We are looking for a VP or Director to take a senior leadership role at Alehar - owning client engagements end-to-end, developing our team, and actively driving deal sourcing. This is not just an execution role: you will have real influence over our commercial growth, client relationships, and market positioning. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of corporate finance, value creation, fundraising, M&A, and corporate innovation engagements from pitch to closing
- Manage, mentor, and inspire our team of Analysts and Associates
- Actively drive business development and deal sourcing to grow Alehar’s client base
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, investors, and corporate partners
- Contribute to shaping the firm’s commercial strategy and operational approach
- Represent Alehar at networking events, conferences, and in the wider business community
What we expect:
- More than 7 years experience at a M&A and fundraising boutique, investment bank, top-tier strategy consultancy, value creation role or similar
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or Economics.
- Commercial drive and extensive network to lead deal sourcing;
- Hands-on entrepreneurial personality with a team-focused ‘high growth’ mindset;
- Autonomous, self-empowered work style with drive to scale Alehar;
- An affinity to both the analytical/quantitative and commercial aspects of an advisory business;
- An International open mindset;
- Excitement to implement tech and marketing in an advisory setting;
- CFA charterholder is a plus.
