Criteria

Your referral should meet the following criteria:

Someone you know well and is open to being referred to us

Should be a decision maker (Owner, CEO, CFO etc.)

Should become a client of Alehar within 12 months of the referral

For Companies:

Fundraising

Companies in South and South-East Asia raising USD 5M+

Sell-Side M&A

Companies in South and South-East Asia exploring a sale of USD 5M+

Fractional CFO Team

Companies worldwide with revenues higher than USD 1M

For Investors:

Fractional Investment Team

Private market investors worldwide (including Private Equity / Debt, Venture Capital and Family Offices)

Milestones for the referral fee

Fundraising

10% of our fees.
We pay you when we get paid.

Example: For a USD 10M fundraise, with our typical fee of 3%, your share would be USD 30,000.

Sell-Side M&A

10% of our fees.
We pay you when we get paid.

Example: For a USD 10M sale, with our typical fee of 3%, your share would be USD 30,000.

Fractional CFO Team

10% of our first year fees.
We pay you when we get paid.

Example: If we charge USD 2500 per month, your share would be USD 250 per month for the first year.

Fractional Investment Team

10% of our first year fees.
We pay you when we get paid.

Example: If we charge USD 4000 per month, your share would be USD 400 per month for the first year.

How many referrals can I make?

You can make as many referrals as you want.

What details do I send you when suggesting a referral?

Send an email with Referral first name, Referral last name, Referral work email address, Referral company website, and potential Alehar service [Fundraising, Sell-Side M&A, Fractional CFO Team, or Fractional Investment Team] to advisors@alehar.com

When should I make the introduction?

After you send us a suggested referral AND we get back to you confirming that the referral is a fit, you can go ahead and make the introduction.

What happens if someone else also submits my referral?

The person who submits the referral first will get rewarded.

How will I know if my referral is successful?

We track your referrals and will reach out to you if the referred company or investor signs an agreement with us and meets the milestones.

What could an email look like to explain Alehar in a nutshell?
