Our subscription services — such as Value Creation, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Investment Team as a Service — are priced as a flat monthly fee starting between $2k-$6k per month, depending on the service and scope of work. They are flexible, with no long-term commitment.
The success fee is only applicable if the transaction is successfully closed. It is calculated as a percentage of the full value of the transaction.
