At Alehar, as an international boutique investment bank, we specialize in Fundraising, M&A, Fractional CFO Team and Fractional Investment Team services for startups, medium-sized businesses and investors. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our internal set of technology applications to help us support our clients better. Additionally, you will also help us build external facing applications which we intend to then incubate into independent business lines.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
You’ll dive into the world of tech and data advisory, contributing directly to live projects and internal initiatives. Expect hands-on learning and real responsibility. Specifically, you will:
- Support the team in mapping out business processes and building custom solutions.
- Support in evaluating tools and platforms for client recommendations.
- Help create presentation materials and tech solution outlines for clients.
- Help us build tech & data solutions for our client engagements.
- Support us with the commercial and marketing aspects of an advisory business.
Eligibility
- Full-time availability required
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy software end to end
- Strong command of modern frontend and backend frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, or similar)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side logic
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, cloud services, and monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in remote, fast-paced teams
- Preference for candidates from top engineering schools or with demonstrable project portfolios
