And if what is being sold is the shares of the Luxembourg holding, the approvals happen here: for a S.à r.l., a sale to an outside buyer needs the shareholder approval that Luxembourg law and the company's articles require, and any pledges or shareholder agreements have to be cleared. We build the group picture with your advisors in each country and put the approvals into the timetable from the start.
