How do I grow this business?
Grow by identifying the constraint that currently caps profitable growth. It may be pricing, customer mix, sales execution, delivery capacity, working capital, or reporting that arrives too late.
Then pick the few initiatives most likely to remove that constraint, fund them at a level the business can carry even if the plan underperforms, and judge them by contribution margin, cash generation and enterprise value rather than revenue alone.
